Therefore, we present the results for men and women combined. We found significant associations with weight and BMI for SNPs rs3749474 and rs1801260 and with waist for rs3749474.
All of the anthropometric variables were significantly improved after treatment. Total cholesterol, uric acid and blood pressure were also significantly reduced after treatment.
