Strangely, we do not speak of better virtue, truth, beauty, or justice, but we do not hesitate to speak of better education. This use would not be corrupting with respect to education if it were used only to add emphasis, as Wordsworth might have referred to the boundless beauty of his sea of golden daffodils. "Boundless" adds nothing to the concept of beauty but it does not distract either.
